On January 30th, 11 trainees of PTC+ visited the Venco Campus. The group of trainees, from Africa and Asia, own or work at small- or large-scale poultry farms, but also in hatcheries and for the government. In cooperation with PTC+, poultry specialist Wim Peters of Vencomatic organised a training on breeder management hosted at the Venco Campus. The training focussed on egg quality, hot climate and housing systems. In the afternoon the group visited a poultry company to see what they learned in practice.
