PTC+ trainees visited the Venco Campus

On January 30th, 11 trainees of PTC+ visited the Venco Campus. The group of trainees, from Africa and Asia, own or work at small- or large-scale poultry farms, but also in hatcheries and for the government.
In cooperation with PTC+, poultry specialist Wim Peters of Vencomatic organised a training on breeder management hosted at the Venco Campus. The training focussed on egg quality, hot climate and housing systems. In the afternoon the group visited a poultry company to see what they learned in practice.

Directions from Amsterdam / Utrecht
Take highway A2 direction 's-Hertogenbosch / Eindhoven. On the ring around Eindhoven follow the A2 and take exit Maastricht. Then take exit Eersel / Antwerp and you are now on the A67. Next take exit 30, Eersel. Above the traffic lights turn right. After ± 600 meters turn left. From here you can see the parking indicated for Venco Campus.

Directions from Antwerp
Take highway E34/A21 towards Eindhoven. At the border between Belgium and the Netherlands, the A21 turns into the A67. Then take exit 30, Eersel. Top of the exit turn left. At the traffic lights go straight and after ± 600 meters turn left. From here you can see the parking indicated for Venco Campus.
